Cancellation Policy

When is an order cancellation request accepted?

• Customers are always allowed to cancel orders within 24 hours after placing successful orders.
• For orders over 24 hours, we only accept order cancellation when the order has not been shipped.

To cancel an order, please send a request via email: support@heliosjewel.com and provide complete information including: order number, order email, cancel the entire order or cancel a part of the order.
